I’m Stella - facilitator, podcast host, space holder and creator of life changing experiences that awaken the body, the senses and the life force within you. My work blends sensual embodiment, shibari and Heka energy activation to create spaces where people reconnect with their bodies, their desire, their hearts, and their authenticity.

At the core of what I do is simple: I make you feel safe enough to let go.

When the body feels safe, the mind quiets. The nervous system softens and something deeper begins to unfold. Sensation returns. Presence deepens. You start to feel again. I guide people out of their heads and back into their bodies - where pleasure, truth, and self-trust live.

My work is rooted in lived experience - from corporate leader to sensual guide.

Before dedicating myself fully to this path, I spent years in the corporate world in IT and sales leadership roles, managing teams and projects on an international level. That experience taught me a great deal about leadership, responsibility and how to hold space for many different kinds of people - skills that now translate directly into the way I facilitate workshops, retreats and intimate group experiences.

But that chapter of my life also came with a cost. I felt increasingly disconnected from myself - numb, anxious and stuck in environments that demanded constant performance, hustle and control.

The turning point came when I began reconnecting with my body, my sensuality and with the parts of myself that I had overwritten for years. What I discovered changed everything. Freedom isn’t something we achieve. It’s something we remember when we slow down enough to listen, reconnect to our bodies and trust what we feel. It knows when something is true. It knows when something is alive. And it knows when something needs to change.

My work is about guiding people back to that knowing - back into the truth that lives beneath the noise and helping you become brave enough to actually do something about it.

I’ve always been drawn to the edges of human experience - the places where honesty, vulnerability, and curiosity meet. That’s where transformation happens.

Alongside my facilitation work, I’m also a conscious creator, storyteller, producer and influencer working behind the lens to craft visual narratives around embodiment, sensuality and spirituality.
