“Dearest Stella, I’ve been meaning to write to you for a while now. I was at your Heka Activation in Stockholm on August 8th, an experience that truly shifted something inside me. It felt as if something deep within me landed and healed during that session.

I don’t know if you remember, but during the healing you placed your hands on the lower part of my belly, right where the ovaries are. Afterwards we spoke briefly, and I told you that I have PCOS and have been struggling with hormonal imbalances for several years. It felt like you sensed it - as if your hands knew exactly where they needed to be.

I’ve had irregular periods for over a year, but in August I later found out that my cycle had actually been normal that month. And that weekend after Heka - I became pregnant. I found out about the pregnancy the evening before I travelled to The Erotes Retreat. The timeline just feels unbelievable. I’m completely convinced that the energy I received during the Heka session healed something deep within me.”

You welcomed us into an incredible energy with such a grounded and safe presence. And I felt held from the very first moment. Stepping into this was something completely new for me, and I didn’t know what I would face - if I would even meet or feel anything at all. But things happened, and they were felt.

My thoughts faded more and more, my breath grew deeper, and together with the music something was created that was probably one of the most powerful experiences I’ve ever had.

I let go, and the energy moved through different places in my body. Just as certain things came to me with an incredibly tingling energy, other heavier things also left my body - and it felt absolutely amazing.
