these private online energy activation sessions are intimate, fully guided journeys into your own energetic field. a space created just for you - where your body, nervous system & life force are invited to awaken, move, and reorganise in their own intelligence.

each session is a 1.5-hour immersion into a coherent energetic field. You are gently guided into a receptive state where energy is allowed to move naturally, releasing what is ready to soften and activating what is ready to come alive. the energy I work with is highly intelligent - a pure, conscious light that meets you exactly where you are. it does not impose or force. it listens, responds & moves in harmony with your body’s readiness. this is about coming home to yourself & remembering the depth of who you are.

Before we begin, we attune to your current state. from there, the session unfolds intuitively. you may experience spontaneous movement, emotional release, deep relaxation, expanded awareness or a sense of coming home into your body.

I travelled through so many places yesterday, and it was incredibly powerful. I got to dance everywhere and feel how I fully own my body - and there was so much pleasure in that. For a long while it was nothing but joy, happiness, pleasure, and power.

But after some time, a reminder came - of the moments when my body has not been mine. I got flashes of people who have hurt me. I could unleash anger, destroy them in my inner world, and it became such a huge liberation. A few tears came, and then I returned to my strength and the feeling that this is my body, my power.

Dearest Stella,

I’ve been meaning to write to you for a while now 💗 I was at your Heka Activation in Stockholm on August 8th, an experience that truly shifted something inside me. It felt as if something deep within me landed and healed during that session.

I don’t know if you remember, but during the healing you placed your hands on the lower part of my belly, right where the ovaries are. Afterwards we spoke briefly, and I told you that I have PCOS and have been struggling with hormonal imbalances for several years. It felt like you sensed it - as if your hands knew exactly where they needed to be.

I’ve had irregular periods for over a year, but in August I later found out that my cycle had actually been normal that month. And that weekend after Heka - I became pregnant. I found out about the pregnancy the evening before I travelled to The Erotes Retreat. The timeline just feels unbelievable.

I’m completely convinced that the energy I received during the Heka session healed something deep within me. 💗✨
